Feel free to contact us regarding employment. Bauer’s Organic Farm is an enjoyable place to work, with a good variety of ever changing jobs during each day.

The crew are all friendly and the working environment is a healthy one with plenty of fresh air and no chemicals. About 10 permanent workers are employed with often another 10 or so during busy weeding/harvest times - especially June-Dec.

Organic farms (particularly one’s that grow carrots) always need weeding, so that means we need people to weed. But don’t worry ... we’ve made a lot of the weeding here much more "back-friendly"!!
