VISIT THE FARM Trudy Townson, one of the pioneers of the Landcare Movement in Australia, works as the farm’s Publicity / Tour Co-ordinator. Trude grew up on a local farm (see photo below - taken many years ago!!) and studied at the Queensland Agricultural College. She has been helping Rob to entertain and enlighten tour groups since 1985. They meet all their guests in Gatton, so you’ll also get an interesting commentary on the 20Km trip to the farm!!

We only offer Group Tours Due to the time constraints of an increasingly busy farm, we can only offer group tours. However, we are considering hosting an Open Day to cater for the many indiviuals and families who would like to visit the farm. Watch this space ....

ORGANIC STUDENTS - TAFE & UNI 2 hours on the farm. We visit the crops in the field, the cold rooms and packing sheds, and the machinery sheds. Visitors can ask plenty of questions as we visit the various sites on the farm. We talk in-depth about soil health & fertility, pest & disease management and generally growing good organic crops. We also discuss the super important topic of Marketing!!

SENIORS COACH GROUPS 2 hour tour (round trip from Gatton to the farm and back). Guided commentary on the 20 minute drive to the farm, on your coach. At the farm there is no need to walk around .... we will bring the farm to you with a Slide Show and Presentation while you sit on the farmhouse verandah. 10.30am to 12.30pm. Laughs are included for free.
